What To Expect

Site preparation: clearing availability of all furniture, equipment, and debris. Area needs to be free of ll trash, moveable equipment and anything obstructing work. We will then tape off and protect adjacent surfaces from splashes and dust.

New flooring system will follow the contours of the existing concrete substrate. We can pitch areas for an additional charge.
Patch, repair, or joint fill to ensure proper adhesion

At Kent’s Painting and Epoxy we don’t cut corners and we don’t take shortcuts. Per floor and project depending on the square footage and how complex the project is it can take up to a few days. For a 1 car or 2 car garage it can take two days. For commercial and industrial projects time varies and can take up to a few days or a week again depending on the complexity of the project. Weather can always be factor, so if more time is needed that will be discussed with the owner or contractor. When an estimate or quote is given to you, we will update you on when the project can start and an estimate of how long it will take.
